-Started career as assistant coach under Dale Hughes, promoted to head basketball coach and served as Athletic Director from 1978-1982
-Lee's first baseball coach 1975-1978 and first cross country coach
-Retured to coaching baseball in 1982and the Vikings won the NCCAA District 5 Playoffs
-As one of the nation's youngest basketball coaches he posted a record of 123-96
-Coached Lee to 3 20+ win seasons
-Clubs won 4 NCCAA District 5 Championships
-Placed 3rd in the NCCAA National Tournament 3 times
-One 2nd place finish in the NCCAA National Tournament
-NCCAA Distrisct 5 Coach of the Year 3 times
