Hunter Vest was named the 2011 SSAC Freshman of the Year. He was a three-time SSAC All-Conference Selection (2011, 2012, 2013). Vest earned NAIA Second Team All-American honors in 2013 and also shined in the classroom as an Academic All-American. In 2014 Vest was honored as an NCCAA All-American and All-Region team selection as he led the Flames to the NCCAA National Championship. Vest holds the 54-hole school scoring record at 204 (-12). He ranks fifth best in career scoring average and third best in career rounds par or better. He won the 2014 Skyhawk Classic and led his team to nine tournament victories, including two SSAC Championships in 2012 and 2013.
