Hollie German was named Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) Women's Basketball Player of the Week.

The junior guard scored 11 of Lee's last 12 points (including two 3-pointers) to seal a hard fought victory over Coastal Georgia on Saturday. German finished with 32 points, six assists and three rebounds. She also registered 22 points and five steals in leading the Lady Flames to a road victory over Southern Wesleyan.

The Benton, Tenn. native leads the SSAC in scoring, averaging 20.7 ppg.

German and the Lady Flames will host a pair of conference rivals this week. Emmanuel comes calling on Thursday at 6 p.m. Brewton Parker will visit Walker Arena on Saturday. Tip time is set for 2 p.m.
