Mission:
The Mission of the Lee University Sports Performance department is to create a positive training environment that encourages our athletes to compete and excel. Sport-specific training considerations including strength, speed, agility, and conditioning are programmed to maximize each individual's athletic potential relative to the demands of their sport. We also educate on nutrition and wellness, mental conditioning, leadership and character development, and other skills that will transfer to both sport and life.

Training Philosophy:
Each program is written based on the physical demands of the given sport, and then tailored to an athlete's individual needs. The periodization of training modalities and their progressions ensures consistent progress through an athlete's career, and that our training transfers to the demands required in competition.
