Dominique Hannah has been named Southern States Athletic Conference Softball Player of the Week. Hannah was instrumental in leading Lee to a 6-0 week and hit safely in all six contests.

The Nashville, Tenn. native hit .571 for the week and collected 13 RBI. The speedy outfielder capped things off by hitting two home runs and drove in a combined eight runs in a doubleheader sweep of Coastal Georgia on Saturday.

Hannah is hitting .512 on the year and has provided some punch out of the lead off spot with six doubles and three home runs. The sophomore will look to help continue Lee's undefeated streak this weekend as the Lady Flames will travel to Gulf Shores, Ala. to take part in the Gulf Shores Invitational. The weekend tournament begins Friday at 12 p.m. against Bethel University (Tenn.).
