Emma Hill has been named the Lee University Female Athlete of the Week.

Hill led the Lady Flames with five goals in Wednesday's 17-16 loss at Reinhardt. The freshman from Knoxville, Tenn. came back with four more goals as Lee won its first GSC match in program history 20-11 over Shorter on Saturday afternoon.

"Over the past few games I have been able to connect more and more with my teammates and today we worked extremely well together as a unit," noted Hill after Saturday's big win.

Hill and the Lady Flames will get back to work this week as they host Montevallo on Wednesday at 4 p.m. before traveling to the University of Charleston on Saturday for a high noon first draw.
