GREENVILLE, S.C.-Haley Gribler has been named National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Student- Athlete of the Week for the week of Sept. 16, 2013.

The freshman goalkeeper from Springboro, Ohio was instrumental in guiding the Lady Flames to a 1-0 victory over NCAA Division III rival Emory University last Friday.

Gribler recorded eight saves in the contest to preserve the shutout for Lee as she turned away an aggressive Eagles attack that registered 14 shots total in the contest. The victory was the first in the 2013 campaign for the Lady Flames after dropping a pair of matches in California to begin the season.

Lee will now head back on the road to face their first Gulf South Conference opponent in North Alabama on Wednesday before testing Columbus State in Georgia on Sunday.
