BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Lee University women's soccer player Grace Berry was named the Gulf South Conference freshman of the week helping lead the Lady Flames to a win over Shorter.

Berry notched a quality performance in a convincing 7-0 win at Shorter over the week. The rookie scored two of the Lady Flames' goals while appearing in 48 minutes. She finished with four points as a result and was efficient with her shooting going a neat 3-for-3.

The Lady Flames will return to action on Friday as they will host West Florida at the Ray Conn Sports Complex at 5 PM.
