Coach Evan Spence's Thoughts:
"Glad to be able to get on the road and knock some competitive rust off this week after the offseason but coming up a couple of shots short of a team victory always stings. Thought Drew (Zielinski) gave us a lot of really good stuff this week but there were definitely still plenty of shots left out there throughout the week across the whole lineup. Nice to know that this group can still compete for tournament titles with that kind of a performance, but we know we'll need to sharpen up quite a bit before we head out to Vegas in a couple of weeks for the next one."
