BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - In the final week of the regular season, Lee University freshman Matthew Render was named the Gulf South Conference freshman of the week.

Lee came in seventh place at the Argo Invitational to end the regular season. Matthew Render shot a 221 over the three rounds to come in tied for 51st. He shot lower each round going 77-731-71 to come in 51st.

The Flames will now get ready for the GSC Championship in Tunica, Miss. next week.
