Coach's Comments- "Elizabeth struggled with two stress fractures her freshman year. After getting her bone-density where it should be, we’ve adjusted her training to include substantial volumes of cross training with less running than the rest of her teammates and her fitness gains already show it. I expect she’ll contribute in a way that would surprise even her this year."
