Kayla Louie joined Lee athletics in the fall of 2023 as the Assistant for Athletic Operations. A former Lee University softball player, Louie comes back to Lee after earning a master's degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.Â
As the Assistant for Athletic Operations, Louie reports directly to the Director of Athletics. Her position is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the athletic department. This will include scheduling, alumni outreach, facilities, gameday environment, data gathering, award nomination, and other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics. This position will also oversee the compliance coordinator.
