 Coach Geandra Almeida's thoughts
"I'm very pleased with the way we battled at our home course this week! To me, it's very motivating to see our girls competing head-to-head against some of the best teams in the country. I like the way we fought for every shot out there, particularly after having a tough start in rounds one and three.Â
"Once again, Hannah (Nall) and (Banthita) Pearl (Phoncharatkun) played very consistently, and Lily (Bloodworth) and (Emily) Ritchie stepped up for us when we most needed. Although Yui (Srichantamit) didn't play her best this week, she never gave up and finished her third round with a birdie which was huge for us as it helped us to move up on the leaderboard.Â
"I'm incredibly thankful for Cleveland Country Club, our staff, and all the volunteers that helped us to host a great event this week."Â
