CORAL GABLES, Fla.-The honors continue to pour in for
Supuschaya "Yui" Srichantamit. For the second consecutive year Lee University's No.1 golfer has been named a Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) First-Team All-American. Earlier Yui was selected First-Team All-South Region for the second year in a row by the WGCA and was a two-time winner of the Gulf South Conference Golfer of the Year. She also claimed medalist honors in the GSC Tournament with rounds of 69-76-70- 215.

Geandra Almeida. "I am so proud of Yui for everything she accomplished during her time at Lee. She proved to all of us that hard work always pays off."
Said Yui, "I am so excited. It is an incredible honor and a testament to the hard work and dedication that I have put into my golfing career. It is extremely gratifying to see my efforts recognized at such a high level. This achievement motivates me to continue pushing myself, improving my game, and striving for excellence. It also reflects the tremendous support from my coaches, teammates, and everyone involved in the golf program at Lee University."
She added, "Coming to Lee has been a transformative experience both academically and athletically. The university has provided a supportive environment where I could thrive in my studies while also pursuing my passion for golf. The rigorous academic programs have challenged me to grow intellectually, and the dedicated faculty have always been there to guide me. On the golf course, Lee has given me the resources and opportunities to develop my skills, compete at a high level, and achieve significant milestones in my career. The balance between academics and athletics at Lee has truly prepared me for future success in both arenas."
Yui noted "For the rest of the summer, I plan to continue honing my golf skills through intensive practice and participation in a few select tournaments. I want to take advantage of the time to focus on specific areas of my game that need improvement and to stay in top competitive shape."
She will be moving on from Lee. "As I look ahead to my working career, golf will definitely be a significant part of my plans. I am excited to announce that I will be taking on a Graduate Assistant (GA) position at Lenoir-Rhyne University. This opportunity aligns perfectly with my career goals and passion for golf. In this role, I'll be able to further my education while gaining valuable experience in coaching," Yui concluded.
