ALL-DISTRICT LIST
CLEVELAND, Tenn.- The Lee University baseball team had five players named to the 2024-25 Academic All-District Teams for their excellence in the classroom. The 2025 Academic All-District® Baseball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the diamond and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Eligible nominees must compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played
OR must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games. For pitchers, a student-athlete must have made at least 17 appearances
OR pitched 35 innings.
For the Flames, JJ Wiiliams, Luke Collier, Ashton Simmons, Malachi Cloud, and Isaiah French were selected. Williams has a 3.88 GPA in psychology. Collier has a 3.89 GPA in engineering science. Simmons graduated with a 3.83 GPA in business management. Cloud has a 3.87 GPA in accounting, while French has a 3.65 GPA in business administration.

Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced June 17, 2025.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
