BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - For the fourth time this year, Lee university women's golf freshman Justine Emond has been named Gulf South Conference freshman of the week. The native of Saint-Sauveur, Quebec, Canada has now won the recognition in back-to-back weeks.

Emond shot a 75-78 -153 in the two rounds of the rain shortened tournament. She finished tied for 12th and was +9 for the two rounds. She helped the Lady Flames come in seventh at the Peggy Kirk Bell Invitational.
