Coach's Comments- "Derrick is prepped to have a huge year at the plate. His fall was an awesome performance and we need him to continue that forward into the spring. He will hit 3rd or 4th while manning RF. In addition, we are utilizing Derrick’s powerful left-handed arm on the mound. He has quality stuff and will be in the mix for lots of innings in this spring."
