Coach Fabre enters her fourth year of leading the Lady Flames. She has directed her clubs to three winning seasons and has an overall record of 53-44 in her first terms as a head coach.
The Lady Flames posted a 17-14 record in 2025 and for the second straight year Coach Fabre’s team advanced to the Gulf South Conference Tournament semifinals with an opening round win over Montevallo. The season ended with a heart-breaking five-set loss to top seeded and host West Florida.Â
Nothing came easy in the 2025 campaign. Lee battled in nine five-set matches and came away with a 3-6 mark. However, the Lady Flames fared much better in four-set affairs, posting a 9-5 record. Only eight of Lee’s 31 matches were decided in three sets. Opponents found the 2025 squad a hard group of ladies to deal with!Â
Lee’s Esthefany Rabit, Sara Palumbo, and Sophia Lippert received Second Team All-GSC accolades while the 2025 Academic All-District® Volleyball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, which recognizes the nation's top student athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom, saluted Lady Flames Mikayla Buhr, Izzy Denton, Lippert, and Palumbo.
Despite losing one of her top players to a season-ending injury nothing was going to derail the 2024 determined Lady Flames as they reached the semifinal round of the Gulf South Conference Tournament for the first time since 2017 and ended the season with a winning mark of 19-16.Â
Freshmen Payton Danley and Sara Palumbo enjoyed outstanding seasons and earned slots on the All-Gulf South Conference Second Team. Junior Grace Mazzocca was named to the 2024 Academic All-District Team.Â
In her first year of directing the Lady Flames, the former Lee NAIA All-American led her club to its first winning record (17-14) since 2018 and the team earned a spot in the Gulf South Conference Tournament.
One member of the 2023 team, Abby Stroh, was named first-team All-GSC while Kamryn Halpin, Macy Petty and Allie Scurlock were listed on the Academic All-District team for their work in the classroom.
