Justin Brooks has been named the Lee University Male Athlete of the week after recording two top six finishes at the 2018 KMS Invitational at the Birmingham Crossplex Sunday afternoon.

Brooks, a junior from Athens, Ga., placed sixth (21.76) in the 200-meter dash and was fifth in the 400-meter with a time of 47.82.

Brooks and the Flames will travel to Winston-Salem, N.C., this weekend to compete at the Camel City Invitational. The two-day event (Feb.2-3) will be held at the JDL Fast Track.
