Bill Hale was more than a bus driver for Lee. He not only drove the bus, he formed relationships and made each student athlete that walked onto his bus feel special. He took an interest in you and remembered your name and other facts about your life. On the road, he was often the biggest cheering section at our rival school. He loved Lee, the athletes and coaches that he got to serve. His heart was to uplift and serve. He was able to connect with everyone and when you saw him on campus at another event, he would ask you something that made you know that he remembered and valued his time with you. Â
