BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - After helping lead the Lee University women's basketball team to two wins last week, Libby Privett was named the Gulf South Conference player of the week. It is the first time she was named the player of the week and the fourth for time for the Lady Flames this season.
Privett had a strong week in the two wins over the University of Alabama in Huntsvile and the University of West Alabama. She tied her career high with 32 points against UWA. Privett shot 43% from the floor in the two games and was a perfect 15-for-15 at the free throw line. She had a double-double with 32 points and 10 rebounds against UWA. Privett also had six rebounds and ten points against UAH.
