Senior guard Cory Billingsley has been named Lee University's Male Athlete of the Week

Billingsley led the team with 17 points in Saturday's loss to West Georgia. The senior guard followed that up with 17 points, three assists and three steals in a loss to West Alabama on Monday.

Billingsley paces the Lee scoring with 17 ppg and is shooting 55.1 percent from the field and 42.1 percent from 3-point distance on the year.

Billingsley and the Flames (9-4, 4-4) will look to get back in the win column as they travel to Cleveland, Miss. to battle Delta State on Saturday at 5 p.m.
