Leah Fortune was recognized as the SSAC Women's Soccer Player of the Year for the Lady Flames. The junior midfielder from Chicago, Ill. had 13 goals and seven assists on the year. 

In addition to conference player of the year honors, Fortune was also named an NAIA First Team All-American for the second consecutive year. She guided Lee to a 20-1-2 record and an 11th consecutive SSAC Tournament Championship. 

A leader both on the field and in the classroom, Fortune was recognized as an NAIA Scholar-Athlete and voted to the SSAC All-Academic team for the second straight year.

The Lady Flames finished the year ranked No. 2 in the NAIA.
