Lady Flames' goalkeeper Haley Gribler has been selected the Lee University Female Athete of the Week.

The junior allowed just one goal in two matches to start the season off down in Columbus, Ga. The Lady Flames battled Wingate on Friday and No. 10 Bellarmine on Sunday.

Gribler kept a clean sheet for all 110 mintues of Friday's double overtime scoreless draw with Wingate. The Springboro, Ohio native recorded five saves in the contest.

On Sunday Gribler allowed just one goal and registered three saves as the Lady Flames came up just short against the No. 10 Kinghts, losing 1-0. 

Gribler and the Lady Flames will host Lees-McRae College on Thursday in their home opener from the Lee Soccer Field. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. On Sunday Lee will travel to Lincoln Memorial for a 2 p.m. road contest.
