Sophomore Anna Lanter will carry on the tradition of the Lanter sisters firmly established in Lee soccer. Anna was named to the 2018 All-GSC Preseason Team this week. Lanter worked at midfield and as a defender much of last season, but could see more upfront action this year.

"I'm really happy for Anna," said Head Coach Chris Hennessey. "She had a great freshman year and it's nice to see her hard work recognized by other coaches in the conference."

Lanter and the Lady Flames are ranked No. 9 nationally and picked to finish third by the GSC coaches. Lee opens up with a trip to Winter Park, Fla. to battle Rollins College on Aug. 30 at 1 p.m.
