BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - After making a NCAA DII provision mark in the heptathlon, Cameron Stine has been named the Gulf South Conference field athlete of the week. 

Stine recorded 4,764 points to win the heptathlon. He needed 4,749 points to meet the provisional mark. He is currently ranked 17th in the nation and first in the GSC.
