RESULTS

ATLANTA – The Lee University men's track & field team competed at the Georgia Tech Invitational in their final preparation for the 2026 GSC Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The Flames exited George C. Griffin Track with two new NCAA Division II provisional marks, while recording one first place and a second place finish.

 
Provisional Qualifying Performances:

• Pierre Chauveau completed the 1500-meter run in 3:43.89 to beat the provisional time of 3:47.14. His time is No. 20 among DII runners this season.
• The 4x400-meter relay team of Cooper Giddens, Gage Whited, Liam Runkle and Eli Cobble met the provisional qualifier of 3:13.90 with a combined time of 3:09.03. Their performance put them at No. 9 in DII this season.

 
Top Five Finishes:

• Pierre Chauveau – 1^st (1500m)
• 4x400m Relay – 2^nd (3:09.03)

 
Coming Up:
The Flames are set to compete at the 2026 GSC Outdoor Track & Field Championship April 30-May 2. The University of Montevallo will host at the Montevallo Track & Field Stadium in Montevallo, Alabama.
