BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - After a very strong week for Madison Pinzon, she was named the Gulf South Conference freshman of the week. Pinzon helped lead the Lee University softball team to two wins over Trevecca Nazarene University.

Pinzon hit four home runs this week as Lee took two of three from Trevecca. She went 4-for10. She had four runs scored and had eight RBI.
